Kai Zixiang Lin is a Game & Media Designer based in Milan, shaped by study and life between China, Italy, and Australia. He creates games and digital stories that invite people to slow down, explore, and feel connected to the worlds in front of them. Working across Unity, Unreal Engine, 3D environments, and interactive narrative, he is interested in the small moments that stay with players: a place remembered, a choice made, or a feeling that is hard to put into words. For Kai, design is not only about systems; it is about giving emotion a space to be experienced.

His practice moves between gameplay prototyping, level design, 3D worldbuilding, and text-based storytelling. From quiet narrative games about memory and healing to exploration, survival, and combat-focused projects, Kai enjoys shaping spaces and systems that encourage players to look closer, keep moving, and make meaning through play.
